Lost or stolen packages:
Alpine Designs is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages. You must contact your local post office or ups to file a claim. In order to file a missing mail request please follow the link below. 
   
Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday thru Friday-
ODERS DO NOT PROCESS OR SHIP ON WEEKENDS. Holiday times may vary. 
Once an order is placed on our website, please allow up to 5 business days for the order to be processed with an active shipping conformation email. (unless otherwise noted in the product description or email from Alpine Designs saying shipment will be later)
 
ORDERS PLACED DURING SALES AND SPECIAL EVENTS
Special circumstances such as national holidays may delay the process and preparation time, as well as the duration of both shipping methods for domestic and international orders by up to 14 days. Please keep this in mind when ordering. 
 (These are some of the holidays that may effect shipping lead times. Veteran's Day, Memorial Day, 4th of July, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas, ect.) 
  
ALPINE DESIGNS is NOT responsible for mis-deliveries. If you typed the wrong shipping address on your order, please contact us IMMEDIATELY with the CORRECT ADDRESS so we can make the changes for you. Failure to contact us may result in the loss of you package or may be sent back to our facility, in which you will be required to pay for the reshipping fees via money request sent to you through email or charged back to the initial card used for the purchase.
